What is the minimum number of chairs covers I can hire

What is your service area? Do you cover Europe?

Currently, Accolade Events are based in North West England, but are willing to specialse in Events Worldwide.

When do you start to commence?

We will commence on sourcing your specific requirements as soon as the deposit is paid.

What chair colour s & sashes do you have in stock?

We stock good quality White, Ivory and Black chair covers. We stock good quality Organza Sashes in White, Ivory, Lilac, Baby pink, Baby Blue, Burgandy, Sunflower Yellow, Chocolate Brown, Gold, Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Silver, Christmas Red, Christmas Green, Black, Turquoise. We provide lots of different colours and styles, so if your choice is not on the list above, please let us know as we can order it from our suppliers at no additional cost.

What do you mean by 'On the Day Co-ordination'?

If clients have requested 'On the day Co-ordination' , we will attend the complete day, we will arrive very early to supervise all deilveries, deal with any queries, liase with the venue staff and ensure all suppliers have arrived. We will also check that the event has been correctly laid out and that all items are in place. We will remain very discreet on the day, and generally attend from early morning up until we are certain and confident that all evening preparations are perfect.

Can you match the colour scheme I want?

We are constantly adding to our rental inventory. If you don't see the colour you are looking for, please send us a swatch or colour card and we will search for a colour that will be a suitable match.

Can I just order chair covers?

Yes and we don't have a minimum order requirement.

When will you install the covers?

Accolade Events will work with your venue co-ordinator, event planner or on-site contact to facilitate the installation and removal times. Jobs which require additional staffing due to turn-around times of two hours or less are subject to additional fees.

What do I do with the Chair Covers after we are through with them?

Laundry bags are included with your order. The covers and linens must be shaken free of debris and placed into the laundry bags. DO NOT PLACE COVERS IN PLASTIC BAGS. Accolade Events delivery service is not responsible for counting the items on site at the time of pick-up. The staff will take note of the number of laundry bags and include that information on the delivery sheet for order tracking purposes.

How do I know if the Chair Cover will fit?

Many times we can determine a style type by looking at a picture of the chair. However, we strongly recommend ordering a sample of the cover to ensure the cover will fit. The price for a chair cover sample is £9.00.

Who is responsible for missing or damaged items?

The client who placed the order and secured the rentals under thier name are responsible for all items. Accolade events will not hold third party vendors (i.e. event planners, venues, florists,etc) responsible for lost or damaged items. Replacement charges for lost or damaged items will be chraged to the credit card on file.

I need travel arrangments only, is that possible?

Of course, working with our associate companies, we will look after your travel requirements. Exclusive charter aircraft and luxury stretch limos, group check-ins, airport transfers are also available.
